History
The foundation of ETOP International, Ltd. was the result of many years lasting Slovak-German cooperation within the sale of parts for trailers, caravans and trailer technics. The accelerator was Slovakia's accession to the European Union and an effort to offer equal conditions to clients throughout Europe.
2002
2006
ETOP International changed its registered seat and moved to the reconstructed assembling area in Považská Bystrica. The new storage facilities, assembly lines and packing machines began to be built or installed almost immediately after moving. The company management focuses on the quality management system with a special accent on the employees´ education.
As the demand for wheels for trailers and semitrailers has continually increased, the company installed the additional technological units in order to increase its assembly capacity. The management has taken the opportunity to develop cooperation outside the European Union, for example in Canada or Israel,...
2008-2010
2014
The number of assembled complete wheels for the semitrailers exceeded 25 000 pieces.
For the first time the company revenues exceeded 27 mil. Eur.
2015
2016-2018
The company continued improving its producing processes. There was a new producing and assembling hall built with an area 1500 m2 as well as a new steel and alloy wheels storage space with an area 2000 m2. A new assembly line for wheels for semitrailers with a capacity of 45 000 wheels per year and another storage hall were added in 2018.

In 2019, a new assembly line for passenger wheels was installed with a significant increase in the capacity of wheel assembly.
Over the past 20 years, ETOP International has grown from the rent offices to a European leader among companies that offer assembly processes with the subsequent distribution of complete wheels in the "Just in time" system. Its technological equipment, portfolio of offered services, sophisticated logistics and the professional team made ETOP International one of the best companies operating within wheels assembling area.

The company has dealt with Covid-19 pandemics.
Immediately after the first wave the company´s turnover began to grow, reaching the level of EUR 36 million in 2021.
At the same time, the company registered a record number of assembled wheels.
Further investments in technological equipment – we implement up date of the assembly line for the truck wheels due to increasing clients requirements.

The year 2023 has become another important milestone in the company's history. Etop signs contracts to supply winter kits for MG, Mitsubishi and Hyundai.
